Real Estate Services
Real Estate Services (RES) provides a broad range of services to campus enterprise development projects and University-owned properties while managing the campus lease portfolio. Real Estate Services also augments the University's more traditional project development approaches of state-funded, campus-funded, and gift-funded projects.
